Our Returns Promise

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gas canisters and fuel containers (under “Gas, Batteries & Fuel”)
  • Electrical Equipment that has been unsealed or used
  • Personal care items if opened (in “Camping Essentials”)

Custom or special order items may be subject to different return conditions.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear CampLux Customer Service, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Details of item(s) to be returned: – Product Name: – Reason for return: – Preferred resolution: (Refund/Exchange for [Product Name]) Please advise on the next steps. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Number]

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please include this RMA number on your return package.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories. Ship your return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your return request, specify the replacement item you’d like
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return

For exchanges of higher value, we’ll process a partial payment before shipping your new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your camping equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you

International Returns

For customers outside the UK returning items:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
