Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your camping equipment to you:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our camping and caravan equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gas canisters and fuel containers (from “Gas, Batteries & Fuel” category)
- Electrical Equipment that has been unsealed or used
- Personal care items if opened (from “Camping Essentials”)
- Custom or special order items (may have different return conditions)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Product name and reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Your contact information
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Include this RMA number on your return package.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account (depending on your bank)
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify the replacement item in your return request
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
- For exchanges of higher value, we’ll process a partial payment before shipping
Damaged or Defective Items
If your camping equipment arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We cannot refund original shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
